Jessica is a mother of two two-year olds and realtor who struggles to stay asleep at night. She often wakes up in the middle of the night and has difficulty getting back to sleep.


Subtle Changes

So far, I’ve tried doing the following to improve my sleep and reduce my sleep interruptions:

  • Meditation each day
  • Consistently wearing a sleep mask
  • Taking gelatin each day
  • Reading a boring book when I wake up at night
  • Taking a low dose of melatonin
  • Relaxing my mind and body an hour before bed

Each of these changes has helped to improve my sleep a bit, but none have changed it significantly. I’m hopeful that with consistency my sleep will continue to improve. I must admit, though, at this point I’m still exhausted.
