Coffee anyone? Another rough night. Getting up seems to make falling back asleep in the middle of the night easier. And yoga helps to relax my mind for falling asleep a bit more quickly. Thank goodness tomorrow is a weekend. There’s nothing better than sleeping in for even an extra hour when you are exhausted. I hate nothing more than finally getting back into a deep sleep after being up a bunch in the middle of the night and having the alarm go off because it’s time to start the day. It’s the worst feeling.
