Hey guys, I got my first LED monitoring watch today. I’m excited; maybe it will give me some insight into my sleep patterns. Last night I got a decent amount of sleep – a whopping four hours. Today I swam all day at a pool party. I hope exerting all that energy will knock me out for the night. The sleep watch tries to help you start healthy habits and asks if I wanted to try and be asleep by 10:30 p.m. I’ll give it a try.
