Trying out Yoga


I think I discovered an exercise that helps me wind down – yoga!  Typically, I lean towards ‘dancercise’ for my workouts, but this past week, I made time to visit a yoga studio.

To my surprise, I found it incredibly relaxing, but I’m a little hesitant to incorporate it into my bedtime routine just yet since I’ve heard you shouldn’t exercise at night. I’m going to try a few more classes and see how it goes, but I’m hopeful this could help my sleep.
