I don’t think I slept at all last night. I tried to make sure that I didn’t stay on the computer after 9:00 p.m., but I don’t think it made any difference. I have been trying to get used to a sleep mask, but it felt quite unnatural, so I’m giving it up. I tried reading a book, and even though I would start to fall asleep, as soon as I put it down and turned off the light, I was awake again. I laid in bed until 4:30 a.m. and then got up to start my day.
