It’s funny the difference a day can make, really. Two nights ago, I was up for over an hour in the middle of the night and just didn’t sleep well. The night before last was better, but I was still up for a chunk in the middle of the night, and then last night I just slept so well! I was still up for a bit, but it was so much better than the previous two nights. It’s amazing how different sleep can feel when other pieces, such as the better sleep environment, come in to play.
