I love my bedroom. It’s cozy and comfortable and the most perfect blend of industrial, glamour and rustic. I love it so much. But not as much as I love to sleep.
Last night my husband and I decided to move upstairs to our guest bedroom for the next week to see if we could get more sleep there.
I meditated, stretched, drank tea, took melatonin, slipped my lovely sleep mask over my very tired eyes and hit the pillow. Both my husband and I slept well. It wasn’t perfect but I call this a serious win. I should mention I did get up at 5:30 am and both kids were up and playing in their room. I’ll still call it a win.
