Jana is a mother of four (including a set of twin girls) and a savvy social media user who runs her own blog and graphic design business. Jana struggles to both fall asleep and stay asleep.


Staying on Schedule

This week I’ve learned just how important it is try to maintain a schedule and continue with techniques such as yoga and meditation to help with insomnia. I’ve also learned that stress really can play a part in my sleep struggles. This week has been the most stressful week I’ve had in a long time, quite possibly the most stressful week I’ve had since we moved from the East Coast.
