School and Work Stressors

I’m a school principal during the week, and I love my job, but there are definitely stressors. Preparing for the start of the school year has not been easy. By 4:00 p.m., I’m already thinking about how I’m going to fall asleep.

I used the computer from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m. to work on my dissertation, and in the midst of writing, I ate a late salad. I finished my evening routine at 10:15 p.m. and went to bed. While it took me longer to fall asleep, luckily, I did get a dew hours.
