Persistent Sleep Struggles

My day was so busy, I thought for sure, I would be tired enough to sleep at least eight hours. From 5:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. I was on the go so much that I actually started to feel tired in the afternoon. I tried to take advantage of this by going to bed early. I laid there, tried reading a book, and it still took two hours to fall asleep. Sure enough, I woke up at 4:00 a.m. I tried to fall back asleep, but it was no use. I got out of bed, went to Starbucks and continued editing my dissertation.
