Relaxation Activities

Relaxation activities are supposed to prime me for a better night’s sleep. Here’s a short video of some piano that should relax me a bit. I wonder if it has any real bearing on my sleep? I’m going to start keeping track of my evening activities and how they relate to my sleep patterns.
