I’ve struggled with insomnia for as long as I can remember. Whether it’s trouble falling asleep or interrupted sleep, I’ve not had a great night of sleep in years. I’ve tried it all. In fact, newborns (even newborn twins) barely fazed me my sleep was already so disturbed. Coffee is my friend. I’ve invested more in pillows than most people invest in clothing. Anything to try to get a better night’s sleep.
