Well last night wasn’t a bad night’s sleep. I’m actually feeling pretty good and refreshed. The beginning of the week has been a rough start, but it seems to have improved. I’m looking forward to talking with Natalie again about what I’m doing that’s working and to see if she has some suggestions for things that might be able to make other improvements in my sleep where I haven’t made any progress.
Today is the last day of school for the year and I’m hoping that doesn’t set the progress I’ve made into a downward spiral with the change in schedule for everyone.
