Coffee was my friend this morning. Although I’m beyond tired I did sleep very well between 11:10 p.m. – 3:45 a.m. For the past week and a half, I have been meditating for ten minutes before I go to bed. When speaking with Dr. Doghramji, he suggested I use better “sleep hygiene,” which includes doing low-energy activities before bed. I’ve been so happy, grateful and pleasantly surprised with the results I’ve experienced with meditation. I’ve noticed that I’m sleeping heavily for several consecutive hours straight each night. I definitely suggest giving it a try if you also struggle with interrupted sleep.
