This week was particularly busy. My school began a two-week summer camp for students, I had to manage a new system for payroll, complete hiring and documentation for four new teachers, and meet with the fundraising committee regarding budget goals. That only covers my work week. I also took my son to two medical appointments and worked to complete my dissertation. As you can imagine, there was little time to make sleep a priority in my life.
Despite my busy schedule, I’m looking forward to meeting with the Beyond Tired sleep expert soon. I’ve tried so many things, unsuccessfully, to manage my insomnia, that I’m open to learning new approaches from a doctor.
