The wedding is on Saturday, and (as I expected) my life has been all over the place this week. I’m trying to fit in workouts and maintain my sleep routine as best I can, but I’ve already resigned to starting from scratch once I get home from our honeymoon.
I’ve been thinking a lot about how I’ll balance this strict sleep schedule as a newlywed. My fiancé is sympathetic to my sleep issues, but sometimes it’s hard for him to understand I have to cut things short to be in bed by a certain time. I’m not sure how this is going to translate after we’re married and living together.
On the other hand, my fiancé has definitely noticed an improvement in my sleep. Apparently, I haven’t been complaining about feeling sleepy, or tired, as much as I usually do. Surprising, since I didn’t think things had changed much! Even though my sleep isn’t perfect right now, it was encouraging to hear some positive words.
