I can’t emphasize enough how actually focusing on my sleep hygiene has truly impacted my sleep. My husband and I have been sleeping in our upstairs bedroom for about two weeks. Initially, this was a hard choice to make. In reality it was the best thing that we’ve done for ourselves in a very long time! I’m continuing to meditate, drink tea and wear my sleep mask.
For all of you who don’t sleep please, please try to move your sleep location. It was such an easy transition and it has been heavenly. And don’t forget your sleep mask.
